Profile:

Anna is an associate solicitor in Maples Teesdale’s commercial real estate team. Anna has experience and has assisted on sales and purchases of various types of properties including offices, shopping centres and development land. Anna also has experience in property management, landlord and tenant work and secured lending for retail and office sector clients. Anna has experience in strategic land projects.

Professional experience:

• Acting for landlords in relation to commercial property asset management work at single and multi-let buildings (including shopping centres, and retail parks).
• Work includes dealing with leases, reversionary leases, conditional agreements for lease and various licences.
