150 Years

2025 marks the 150th anniversary of the Maples Teesdale name. The origin of the firm dates back to 1782 and included future prime minister Benjamin Disraeli as a clerk as well as providing services to the Great Western Railway for whom the firm acted, but in 1875, the firm became Maples, Teesdale & Co. From our humble beginnings to becoming a trusted name in the legal community, our story is built on years of dedication, hard work, and a deep commitment to our clients. These are values that we still adhere to in 2025.

None of the transactions we undertake for them are too small, large or complex. And although we are the UK’s leading commercial real estate law specialists, our rates are highly competitive.
