Obviously, we all subscribe to the core values of honesty, respect and integrity. We treat our people like human beings. We help them when they are in trouble – with their careers, with illness, with hardship, and so on. And we admire people who work hard, who are objective and thorough. We do not admire superficial people, office politicians, bullies and sycophants.
But our values go further than this. Our firm is also built on a culture of professionalism and excellence.
