Life insurance (4 x salary)

• A one-off taxfree lump sum if you die while working for us. We automatically provide you with cover that’s equivalent to 4 x your salary at no cost to you.

Contributory Pension scheme

• All contributions are invested in a plan in your name with Aegon. There is a minimum contribution level;
• Employee Contribution – 4%
• Maples Teesdale Contribution – 4%

Income Protection

• For when you are absent from work for more than 13 weeks due to illness or injury that has left you unable to carry out your own occupation.
• All employees receive cover of 50% of basic salary, partners will receive 50% of their 3 year average earnings.
