• Acting for landlords, including Legal and General, CBRE GI and Ellandi, in relation to central London and regional shopping centres dealing with new leases, lease renewals, surrenders and licences
• Action on the sale of three shopping centres in Shrewsbury for UK Commercial Property Trust which is managed by Standard Life Investments
• Acting for landlords in relation to granting leases of central London office space
• Acting for a family office in relation to management of an industrial business park in Uxbridge
• Acting for lenders on the property due diligence aspects on financing and re-financing
