Profile:

Fiona is the Director of Knowledge and Development who advises the team on all aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant and real estate asset and SPV sales. Fiona has specialised in knowhow support for real estate lawyers and clients since 1998.

Professional experience:

• Advising on all aspects of commercial property law and practice
• Producing regular focused knowhow updates for lawyers and clients
• Writing articles, including a property law column for FT Weekend
• Hosting webinars and podcasts
• Planning and delivering effective training, to support real estate lawyers’ professional development
• Producing and maintaining standard form documents to make transactions more effective
• Encouraging and supporting a knowledge sharing culture among real estate lawyers
