Profile:

Ed is a Partner in Maples Teesdale’s commercial real estate team. He has extensive experience working on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing. Edward has also advised developers on a number of schemes and is involved in day to day asset management work for offices and retail.

• Advising Legal and General on the day-to-day management of The Beacon Centre, Eastbourne and Jackson Square Shopping Centre, Bishop’s Stortford
• Advising Aberdeen Group on its Phoenix Life Limited real estate fund
• Advising Columbia Threadneedle Investments on its RSA real estate fund
• Advising City of London Corporation on a number of headlease regears
• Acted for Tritax on the sale of Trafford Retail Park for £42m
• Acted for Aberdeen Group in relation to a forward-funded acquisition of a pre-let warehousing site
• Advising numerous banks on the real estate aspects of deals
• Acting for numerous corporate occupiers in prime London locations
