Profile: 

Clare is a senior associate in the commercial real estate team with experience in non-contentious commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, lettings acting for both landlords and tenants, property development advising developers, landowners and occupiers as well as property management work. Clare also advises on strategic land projects.

Professional experience:

• Acting for landlords in relation to the grant of leases and general management of two central London shopping centres (including re-gears, reversionary leases and conditional agreements for lease)
• Advising the Fragrance Group in relation to the acquisition of a portfolio of hotels
• Acting for the landlord of a Greater London leisure scheme
• Advising on the acquisition of various restaurant and leisure premises
• Acted for various high street lenders on secured finance transactions
• Acted on the sale of part of an industrial estate on behalf of a fund client
