Profile:

Ankita is an Associate in our commercial real estate team at Maples Teesdale. She has a wide range of experience in real estate finance (having acted for both borrowers and lenders), asset management, landlord and tenant work and acquisitions and disposals. Ankita has experience in working in a variety of sectors including offices, retail and industrial.

Professional experience:

• Assisting with the letting of 8 floors of an office building in the City of London which was the first tower to achieve both BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A rating
• Acting for the Landlords for the asset management and lettings of a shopping centre in Manchester and a Grade II listed office block in Aldgate
• Acting for the borrower on a syndicated loan refinancing of a Grade II listed office block in Aldgate
• Acting for the lender in the financing of a unit in a business park in Huntingdon Assisting with the acquisition of a mixed-use property in Tottenham Court Road
