Alexander has experience advising a wide range of British and international clients on non-contentious commercial property transactions. These deals have encompassed landlord & tenant work, acquisitions & disposals and real estate finance.

- Acted for a national developer on the asset management of a mixed residential and retail development in West London.
- Acted for an international charity on the acquisition of their new global HQ in London.
- Acted for a major international bank on their exit from their old campus and the subsequent completion of their new London HQ.
- Acted for an international technology company in relation to their purchase of a data centre.
- Acted for a luxury hotel company on the refinancing of their flagship London hotel.
- Acted for lenders in relation to various refinancings. Assets have included student accommodation, hotels and caravan parks.
- Advised the buyer of a major UK national bank on the real estate aspects of the transaction during a competitive bidding process.
