By Mark HarrymanMaples Teesdale acted for One Elmfield Park Limited (a subsidiary of CLS Holdings plc) in relation to the letting of the entire building at One Elmfield Park, Bromley to a subsidiary of IWG plc, operating under the business brand of Regus.
One Elmfield Park is a 24,700 sq ft office building located in Bromley's prime office district.
Our commercial property team dealt with the grant of a 10-year lease of the property. The building is to be operated under the Regus serviced offices brand and the deal involved advising on a number of the peculiarities which arise in lettings to serviced office providers.
The building had undergone a recent substantial refurbishment and, having dealt with documenting the appointment of the contractor and professional team, our construction team advised on an appropriate security package for the tenant.
