Maples Teesdale advises CLS Holdings plc on letting of One Elmfield Park, Bromley to Regus
Maples Teesdale acted for One Elmfield Park Limited (a subsidiary of CLS Holdings plc) in relation to the letting of the entire building at One Elmfield Park, Bromley to a subsidiary of IWG plc, operating under the business brand of Regus.
One Elmfield Park is a 24,700 sq ft office building located in Bromley's prime office district.
Our commercial property team dealt with the grant of a 10-year lease of the property. The building is to be operated under the Regus serviced offices brand and the deal involved advising on a number of the peculiarities which arise in lettings to serviced office providers.
The building had undergone a recent substantial refurbishment and, having dealt with documenting the appointment of the contractor and professional team, our construction team advised on an appropriate security package for the tenant.
