On Thursday 1 November Construction Partner, Sam Nichols, moderated at the Bisnow State of the Market conference held at Twentytwo Bishopsgate.
The panel “Experiential Real Estate & Its Role Within BTR Schemes” featured panellists James Seppala, Head of Europe, Blackstone, Brendan Geraghty, Director, Geraghty Taylor, Fiona D’Silva, Head of Origination, Kennedy Wilson Europe and Martin King, Director, First Port The panel discussed asset suitability and current suppliers in the market, specifically for the younger generation. Where the biggest growth markets are and how different sectors were cross-pollenating. They also covered how to make something experiential and affordable and how technology impacts investor demand across different sectors.
