Paul Burke is the Managing Partner of Maples Teesdale, leading the firm with a strong focus on people, performance, and client experience.
A highly experienced corporate lawyer, Paul advises on a wide range of corporate real estate matters including portfolio acquisitions or disposals often involving multiple jurisdictions; joint ventures; SPV sales and purchases; property and asset management agreements and shareholder disputes. Clients value his clear, practical advice and his ability to cut through complexity to deliver solutions that work in the real world.
As Managing Partner, Paul plays a central role in shaping the firm’s culture, promoting collaboration across practice areas, and ensuring that Maples Teesdale continues to invest in talent, technology, and client service. He is actively involved in mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers within the firm.
Paul enjoys working with long-standing clients as well as new businesses, taking the time to understand what they are trying to achieve and how legal advice can help move them forward. He is known for being approachable, responsive, and committed to building relationships that last.
