Professional experience:

  • Advised Rockspring UK Value 2 Fund on its acquisition from InfraRed Capital Partners, by way of share purchase, of Clayton Square Shopping Centre, Liverpool for a value of approx £38m
  • Advised the UK Commercial Property Trust, managed by Standard Life Investments, on the £30.1m sale of the Sovereign Centre in Weston Super Mare which was effected by a sale of units in the property unit trust that held the property
  • Acted for Rockspring Property Investment Managers on the acquisition (by way of a purchase of the issued shares in a Jersey property holding company) of Maskew Retail Park from Chambers Street Properties for £37m
  • advised UK Commercial Property Trust on its £50m Acquisition of a Luxembourg company that owns a retail park in Leicester and the subsequent liquidation of the Luxembourg company
  • Acted for UK Commercial Property Trust on its £51m acquisition of units in a unit trust that owned The Rotunda in Kingston Upon Thames
  • Acted for CCP 5, advised by Tristan Capital Partners, on its £71.5m acquisition of the Interchange Building, a Grade A office asset in Croydon from a fund advised by CarVal Investors.  The acquisition was structured as a corporate purchase of the shares in a Luxembourg company that owns the property
  • Advised Rockspring Property Investment Managers on the purchase of a Jersey company which owns Peter House in Manchester for £23.7m
  • Advised Rockspring UK Value Fund on the £22m acquisition of a Jersey company that owned Centurion House, 24 Monument Street, London EC3 from CBRE Investors
  • Advised UK Commercial Property Trust, which is advised by Standard Life Investments, on a property swap transaction with SEGRO plc through which UKCPT sold a distribution warehouse in Brackmills, Northampton, valued at £31m and UKCPT purchased the corporate vehicle which owns an industrial estate at Ventura Park, Radlett, valued at £67.1m
  • Acted for Greenergy, the UK's leading supplier of petrol and diesel, in connection with its purchase of assets at the former Petroplus facility in Teesside from the joint administrators of Petroplus Refining Teesside Limited, PwC.
