The site is to be re-developed as an 82 unit office-to-residential conversion. The
transaction started as a corporate acquisition of the seller with an option to switch
to an asset purchase, which our client exercised. We also documented an option
for the seller to re-acquire the freehold subject to a 999 year lease to the buyer
depending upon what further planning permissions are granted.
