We are advising on the ongoing development of Butterfield Business Park by HBD
in its JV with a group of three landowners. We completed sales at The Quad, and
the grant of a lease to Eden Farm Limited. Transactions were completed following
practical completion of the development by Henry Boot Construction. We are now
working on the purchase of Quad 2 (the next phase of development at Butterfield
Business Park) following the success of The Quad scheme. The Quad is, and Quad
2 will be, mini-estates within the wider Butterfield Business Park, with a shared
road and management company for each mini-estate.
