Away Resorts
We were successfully appointed by new client Away Resorts on the business
and asset purchase of the Boston West Holiday Park and Golf Course Resort, in
Lincolnshire. The transaction was particularly complicated and involved a cross
section of the firm, across practices. As a result of our work on Boston West, we
were quickly instructed to work on the purchase of Beachcomber Holiday Park in
Cleethorpes. Away Resorts is an award-winning UK holiday park operator with sites
in prime locations across the UK.
