Rising to the top – What does it take for women to get there? Thursday 5 December 2019 The Allbright Maples Teesdale invite you to join them at an event primarily focussed on women’s experiences of transitioning into leadership roles across different areas of the property industry. The discussion will identify challenges: social, psychological and practical, and discuss the solutions (such as coaching, mentoring and sponsorship). We will look beyond the challenges and explore how help and support from others (both internal and external to an organisation) can help career progression. The event will be inclusive to both women and men, and will open the discussion about how the industry can move forward in addressing these issues. The event will feature a keynote speech from Anna Wesson from Quay Coaching Quay Coaching, followed by a panel discussion. On our panel we are delighted to have Samantha McClary, Editor at Estates Gazette, Lisa Sherriffs, Head of Legal at BMO Real Estate Partners and Alexandra Notay, Build to Rent Fund Director at PfP Capital.
