Religion
For one of our team religion has played a big part in coping with the pandemic and in showing kindness to ourselves and others.
We have not missed a single one of our two religious meetings every week, which have been conducted via Zoom. Those of a Christian faith will be familiar with Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, at the beginning of which Jesus talked about what will make people happy…the very first teaching was “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need” – Matthew 5:3. Our meetings are open to the public and our website has had an all-time peak number of hits since the pandemic has started.
