Crown Estate core assets

It’s good to see the Crown Estate investing in smaller high end redevelopments on its core estate. Princes Arcade linking Jermyn Street to Piccadilly has had a real transformation. The Arcade is looking fresh and modern. A number of new independent retailers will now be able to get a foothold in prime west end units. I like the pop up theme, and the fact that The Crown is promoting brands with a passion for craft and skill.
