Profile:

James is an experienced construction and engineering lawyer having worked with a number of the UK’s leading commercial real estate teams. 

James has a wealth of experience advising on procurement strategies and in drafting and negotiating construction documentation and advises at all stages of the construction process from project inception through to completion. 

James works closely with the Maples Teesdale commercial property team advising on the construction aspects of a range of project documents including development and funding agreements and agreements for lease.
