  • Acting for West End property fund purchasing 15 properties in their growth fund for £34m and selling the entire fund in separate sales for £42m. Purchasing 8 properties separately for their income fund for £17.5m and selling 3 properties for £5.5m
  • Acting for receivers and administrators of property companies including £38m sale of mixed let portfolio, £40m sale of mixed let portfolio, £27m sale of 10 shops let to Halifax including tidying up easements, sale of 3 let offices for £7.3m
  • Acting in forward funding of over fifteen Enterprise Zone developments schemes ranging in value from £1m to £30m including offices, call centres and hotels in Newcastle, South Yorkshire and Chatham
  • Acting for an Irish bank lending on security of serviced apartments including drafting facility letter and security documents for 42 flats in Canary Wharf valued at £8.8m, 81 flats in Limehouse valued at £16m and 32 flats in Aldgate valued at £8m
  • Acting for a Scottish bank reporting on title/letting documents and effecting security documents including office building let to accountants (£120m facility), hotels in Birmingham and Edgware Road (£410m facility), shopping centres (£78m and £41m facilities) and offices at Charlotte Street W1 (£15m), Lime Street EC3 (£3m), Bracknell (£3m), Southampton (£7.3m) and Preston (£6m)
  • Acting on sale of sites with or subject to planning to house builders including sale of site in East Sussex (140 houses) for £17.5m to national house builder with deferred consideration and overage and remaining part to care home operator for £3.3m, selling the following sites to national house builders - site in Buckhurst Hill for £2.5m with subsequent £150k of overage paid, site in Surrey for £700k, site in Cornwall for £2m, site in Stockton on Tees for £6m for which planning for 474 houses was obtained
