We have developed a strong brand as a leading specialist City real estate law firm, doing substantial work for institutional fund managers, property companies, lenders and occupiers. Our offices are at 30 King Street, London, EC2.

We are a firm which is focused solely on the property market and which takes a real and long-term interest in the industry. We have a passion for property and asset management; it is very much core to our business.

Our real estate focus drives, and will continue to drive, our firm’s strategy for investment, recruitment, training and service delivery.

We have a total head count of circa 75 people, comprising 55 lawyers, including 17 partners, together with about 20 support staff.

Our commercial real estate team is larger in size to the property teams of many global firms, and very cohesive. The core real estate practice is complemented by our strong construction, planning, property litigation, finance and corporate teams.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide a partner-led service to our clients. Our services are delivered by a very experienced team of “hands on” lawyers, with greater supervision and shorter lines of communication than most firms.
