Maples Teesdale appoints Rob Atkin-House as Partner

Maples Teesdale, the UK’s leading full-service real estate law firm, today announces that Rob Atkin-House has joined the firm’s Planning team as Partner. This is the latest senior hire for Maples Teesdale, and further strengthens its Planning team, where his focus will be on bolstering its private strategic development offering.
Rob brings 20 years of planning experience to Maples Teesdale, joining from Weightmans, where he was Principal Associate in the firm’s national planning team. Rob was previously in-house General Counsel and Commercial Director of Populo Living, following four years at Mishcon de Reya where he advised a range of private sector clients on all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law.
Maples Teesdale represents some of the UK’s biggest property companies, funds and financial institutions including Yoo Capital, Dominus, Trenport, Lands Improvement, Quinn, Henry Boot and several high-net-worth individuals.
