Maples Teesdale advises Alteris Capital Partners on large residential strategic land project
Instructed by Alteris Capital Partners a private equity investor in the dual acquisition of a substantial land promotion business and a house builder.
The land promotion business is a major player in the strategic land market with a substantial number of promotion agreements across England. The promotion sites have the potential to create thousands of houses. The housebuilder is an SME housebuilder with a current output of approximately 150 homes per annum and a pipeline of over 1,500 plots.
Our role was to review and advise on circa 70 sites from either a land promotion perspective or where the sites were currently operational development sites with houses being constructed.
