Maples Teesdale advise Maslow Capital on £22m finance package to Lotus Living
Maples Teesdale have advised Maslow Capital on a £22 million development finance package to Lotus Living. This was to facilitate the purchase and construction of a mixed-use development made up of 116 private residential units and 15 commercial units in Harlow, Essex.
The scheme incorporates several sustainability features, including brown and blue roofs that help to reduce urban flood risk while also supporting local wildlife. The development also includes over 700 square metres of communal space, secure cycle storage, and 71 car parking spaces, including five designated disabled bays, to enhance access and convenience for future residents.
