Maples Teesdale advise Eversheds Sutherland on their pre-let at Two New Bailey Square, Manchester

Maples Teesdale have advised Eversheds Sutherland on their Manchester office relocation from their existing base at 70-76 Great Bridgewater Street, where they have occupied the entire building for nearly 20 years, to a pre-let of space in the New Bailey scheme.

Eversheds Sutherland will take approx. 50,000 sq ft across the part 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the ten-storey development at Two New Bailey Square on a 15-year lease and will also have their own ground floor reception as part of the letting agreement.

New Bailey, which is located just across the bridge from Spinningfields on the banks of the River Irwell, is being delivered by The English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and Homes England.

The Maples Teesdale team was led by Declan Power (Partner) and Sarah Greene (Of Counsel).
