Emerging Leaders: Despicable MEES?
On Wednesday 26 September we held the fourth event for the Emerging Leaders Forum which consisted of a networking breakfast, a brief legal overview of Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards, followed by a panel discussion. We were delighted to have Rowan Packer (CLS Holdings) and George Harper (CBRE) on the panel, who shared their thoughts and experiences, particularly on some of the subtler and less obvious aspects of the practical effects and implications of MEES for property investment and management.
