Advised and undertook due diligence on the construction issues concerning agreements for lease, development agreements, funding agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, property purchases and forward funding
Acted for a joint venture developer in connection with the development of a 105,600 sq ft BREEAM “excellent” rated Grade A office building in Birmingham
Acted for a developer in relation to the design of a development to link three buildings on Regent Street and Margaret Street, London W1 to create a single mixed use building with offices on lower ground, ground and upper floors and retail at ground and lower ground levels
Acted for a Fund in relation to major refurbishment works to a central London office building
