| This boutique property firm "provides a very attentive service, with a lot of resources and experience on offer", according to clients who also talk of "swift commercial advice at a reasonable cost". Such client recommendation, combined with a genuinely partner-led service and a broad experience of complex deals has pushed this firm to the fore. A number of new clients have instructed the firm during the past year, including Phoenix Assurance on the sale of a £500 million property portfolio and a joint venture between Frenbury Properties and Simons Developments on the development of a £140 million logistics park in Peterborough. |
