Our construction and engineering department provides non-contentious advice. Our work includes all aspects of drafting, negotiating and completing building contracts, professional appointments and related documentation. We also carry out audits of completed construction documentation. |

The department works closely with the commercial property team and both departments have a good working knowledge of each other’s practice area. This is essential for dealing effectively with the legal aspects of development work. |

Paul Matcham, our construction partner, is a leading expert in the field. He is a contributor on construction matters to the main legal reference text, Butterworths Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents. |
