Giving to the community |

We have worked with LawWorks, the Solicitors Pro Bono Group, since 2005, providing free property-related advice to charities and other non-profit groups including residents associations, community centres and childcare groups. |
|

We advise them on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters such as the negotiation of lease terms, lease renewals, tenant’s repairing obligations and service charge disputes. We also advise on other property matters such as ownership rights. |
