Advised on and prepared the construction documentation, building contracts, consultants' appointments and associated warranties, bonds and guarantees for the design and construction of large mixed use schemes, industrial estates, office and retail buildings, central London sites, further education college campuses, university campuses and school buildings
Advised on and undertook due diligence on the construction issues concerning agreements for lease, development agreements, funding agreements and property sales and purchases and prepared the construction documentation for smaller scale property management related matters such as the refurbishment of tenanted buildings and tenants works
Acted for a developer in connection with the demolition, remediation and redevelopment of an 8.1 acre former lighting facility in Enfield which will be redeveloped in phases, culminating in the construction of a new mixed use development incorporating a hotel, car dealership, self-store and industrial/trade units
Acted for a developer in connection with the refurbishment and redevelopment to Cat A standard of an office building of approximately 30,000 sq ft in Hemel Hempstead
Acted for a developer in connection with the refurbishment and redevelopment of a former telephone exchange building into a mixed use development of approximately 40,000 sq ft, including a hotel, office and retail units
